I am currently only providing telehealth services throughout the state of California.  Clinicians are currently only allowed to practice within their state of licensure though there are some caveats from multistate licensing compacts for some disciplines. 

I currently take the following insurances through Alma:  Aetna, Optum, Cigna but will still need to run an eligibility check to determine what your financial responsibility is according to your insurance plan.  If I don’t take your insurance, I am able to provide you an invoice of services called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance.  Reimbursement by a Superbill is entirely dependent on your insurance benefits and I will have to provide a mental health diagnosis on the superbill in order for you to receive reimbursement.  This diagnosis will become part of your permanent mental health record.

I am currently accepting payment through IvyPay which is a HIPAA compliant payment platform designed for healthcare providers.  You will have to connect a current credit or debit card to an IvyPay account.  Payment is charged at the beginning of each session.

I will provide a Good Faith Estimate after the initial consult and prior to starting any services.  This will be sent through the client portal of my electronic health record system.
